I have a dog with pretty severe reactivity and they've always been very patient with him and understanding with us as owners about him. Because of his reactivity only a few people can dog sit for us so when all our options dropped out last minute we started to panic as our trip was less than 10 days out. Kipling vet and wellness was able to board him and do so at a very reasonable rate. My dog hates almost everything but seemed to have loved his stay here. They were great with him and we will be coming back!

Had a great first visit with our 3 dogs. Loved the staff, Dr Jill, and the office. Our 3 dogs have very different personalities and all of their needs were met in the wellness visit we were able to schedule at one time. Loved how thorough the appointment was and plans for each pet. We look forward to continuing to bring our dogs here.

I originally loved this place. But lots of mix ups lately. The bright spot is Dr. Jill. Very kind and nice. The back office staff is very nice. Young and learning. Better every visit. The other vet there does not have the same vibe. I am bringing my 2nd dog in for a dental cleaning. I told the staff that I didn't have my estimate to which Karol Ann replied ..yes you do and would not send it again until I wrote an email and left a message! I don't know if it got lost in the shuffle but as a business owner if a customer asks for information again you give it to them. You don't argue. But she chose to challenge. I would not tolerate this behavior in staff. I have been trying to maintain my dogs weight. So I go there to weigh them. But the last 3 times I went I have seen a swing of up to 5 lbs on the scale within a couple of months. And this is for mini dachshunds! So I had them weigh them in the back. Here I am trusting their scale and feeding my dogs accordingly to find out their scale in front is wildly off. Come on now folks... shouldn't I be able to trust your scale? To be continued....

Amazing communication. I can't recommend Dr. MacKenzie and Dr. O’Connell more highly. We have been taking our two cats to them for about three years, and have never had a bad experience. My young cat Maja needed four teeth removed and they took excellent care of her. My cat Mookie has early kidney disease and Dr. MacKenzie took spent a lot of her time explaining all our options and answering questions with kindness, compassion and patience. Thank you!

They should talk more quietly about patients(a literal dog) and owners. Their opinions are loud. Making a golden retriever nervous says a lot about our experience. The techs are always so nice though. Overly priced, I have had all my animals go here and I always think it’s worth it until now. I hope your experiences are better than ours.
